Learn movements from Functional Training, Sports Massage, and Thai Massage.
Learn how to access and stretch muscles from different angles.
Learn proper body mechanics, positioning, and stances on and off the table.
Learn Self-Care Stretches, Partner Stretches, and Client Stretches!

This class combines Sports Massage, Thai Massage, and Functional Training all in one class!

Functional and Sports Massages are shown/given on the massage table.

Thai stretches are shown/given on the floor, in a chair, and on a massage table.

Basic Life Support (CPR for Healthcare Workers) – Hybrid – 2 Year Certification – 4 Hour (“1.5 Hour” Online / 2.5 Hour Hands On) CE Course

Cost: $92 (An additional $12 at time of class for a one-way valve CPR mask if needed) – (CLASS IS FULL)

This is a Hybrid Course meaning that it has two parts:

First part is a Lecture portion done online at your own pace before the in person class. When you pay; you be sent an email that will ask for information. Once we receive the reply to that email; you will be sent a voucher from American Red Cross for the online portion.

Second part is you will need to complete this hands on skills portion in person on the date and time above.

Fundamentals of Pregnancy Massage

Cost: $300

Supporting mothers-to-be through every stage of pregnancy requires specialized skill, knowledge, and confidence. This NCBTMB-approved continuing education course gives massage therapists a strong foundation in safe, effective techniques for working with expectant clients.

In this course, you will learn:

Anatomy & Physiology of Pregnancy – understand the changes in the body from trimester to postpartum.
Positioning & Comfort – explore safe draping, bolstering, and table positioning options for different stages of pregnancy.
Hands-On Techniques – practice massage applications that reduce common discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue.
Precautions & Contraindications – gain clarity on when and how to adapt treatments to ensure client safety.
Therapeutic Presence – cultivate confidence in client communication, creating a nurturing and supportive experience.

Whether you are expanding your private practice, building skills for spa or clinical work, or deepening your ability to serve women’s health needs, this course equips you with essential tools to confidently and safely provide pregnancy massage.
