Learn about the Kinesiology (shorten definition = study of the body in motion) for the shoulder, hips, and knees. Great Kinesiology Refresher!

* Learn the bones and muscles that create each region and how they are suppose to properly move (Proper ROM).

* Learn some tests that will help identify and determine the source of pain, imbalances, and decrease ROM for each region.

*Learn how to use the results from the tests to figure out a plan for treatment.

*Learn how to properly treat common aliments in each region.

*Learn proper lifting and bolstering techniques to allow better body mechanics and easier work.

*Learn a different approach to treat aliments such as “Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis), “TOS”, “Carpal Tunnel”, “Runner’s Hip & Knee”, “IT Band Issues”, & MORE.

Learn movements from Functional Training, Sports Massage, and Thai Massage.
Learn how to access and stretch muscles from different angles.
Learn proper body mechanics, positioning, and stances on and off the table.
Learn Self-Care Stretches, Partner Stretches, and Client Stretches!
 
This class combines Sports Massage, Thai Massage, and Functional Training all in one class!
 
Functional and Sports Massages are shown/given on the massage table.
Thai stretches are shown/given on the floor, in a chair, and on a massage table.

American Red Cross First Aid Hybrid – 2 Year Certification – 4 Hour (1 Hour Online / 1-3 Hours Hands On) CE Course

Cost: $92  (An additional $12 at time of class for a one-way valve CPR mask if needed)

Cost: $80 For First Aid Only (Includes a First Aid kit)

Cost: $150 For Both CPR & First Aid (Includes both a one-way valve CPR Mask and a First Aid kit)

This is a Hybrid Course meaning that it has two parts:

First part is a Lecture portion done online at your own pace before the in person class. When you pay; you be sent an email that will ask for information. Once we receive the reply to that email; you will be sent a voucher from American Red Cross for the online portion.

Second part is you will need to complete this hands on skills portion in person on the date and time above.
