Intro to Functional, Sports, & Thai Massage Stretches

Learn movements from Functional Training, Sports Massage, and Thai Massage.
Learn how to access and stretch muscles from different angles.
Learn proper body mechanics, positioning, and stances on and off the table.
Learn Self-Care Stretches, Partner Stretches, and Client Stretches!

This class combines Sports Massage, Thai Massage, and Functional Training all in one class!

Functional and Sports Massages are shown/given on the massage table.

Thai stretches are shown/given on the floor, in a chair, and on a massage table.

Basic Life Support (CPR for Healthcare Workers) – Hybrid – 2 Year Certification – 4 Hour (“1.5 Hour” Online / 2.5 Hour Hands On) CE Course

Cost: $92 (An additional $12 at time of class for a one-way valve CPR mask if needed) – (CLASS IS FULL)

This is a Hybrid Course meaning that it has two parts:

First part is a Lecture portion done online at your own pace before the in person class. When you pay; you be sent an email that will ask for information. Once we receive the reply to that email; you will be sent a voucher from American Red Cross for the online portion.

Second part is you will need to complete this hands on skills portion in person on the date and time above.
